Completion of Our First Home Study
Well, it was awesome. Our first home study meeting was great. We spent much of the time talking about our marriage and next time it will be more about our past and our family history. From what I could tell our social worker really seemed to like us. I don't think this home study thing is going to be as scary as I thought. We have two more meetings. The next one is next week on Thursday at 1:30 and our last one is the next Thursday around 2:00. The last one is when they come over to the apartment and check things out. I just can't believe that this is happening. I am so excited to be adopting. I am sure all you mothers out there can relate when I say I just can't stop thinking about being a mother and bringing our baby home.

I'm so glad that your first home study went so well! I can't imagine that any social worker would have any kind of problem with you guys. :-)
